Terms of ServiceShipping: We use USPS, Fedex and Spee Dee Shipping services. Most orders will ship within 1 business day. We do not ship on weekends. If you have a PO Box, please include that along with your full street address to insure proper delivery.
International customers my incur additional custom fees or duty taxes which are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
Claims: Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We try to inspect each item before shipment for breakage or damage. Our item descriptions are as accurate as possible. If there is a problem with the item or it arrives broken, please contact us within 14 days so we can resolve the problem with either a replacement or refund. A photo of the damaged item may be requested for a refund.
Returns: If you receive an item and don't like it, you can return it at your own cost and we will refund you for the original purchase price. Shipping is non-refundable. A 10% restocking fee may be deducted if needed for repacking an item. Item must be returned in new, un-used condition with original tags and labels. Our return shipping address is:
